What the e-PS portals actually publish

Mkweli Tenders reads the award notices listed, without a login, on each public body's e-Procurement System portal. The tracker covers notices from 2022 onwards. Prices, suppliers and dates below are copied from those notices. Nothing here is estimated.

A notice dated before 1 January 2022 is left out of the awards, the supplier totals and the published tables. An undated notice stays. The year filter runs from 2022, with a separate choice for notices that print no date.

Why the window is small

Each e-PS portal's public login page exposes a short recent briefcase, not the archive. Award notices are one document type inside that list. This tracker keeps notices from 2022 onwards. History on this site is meant to build from repeated weekly collections. The report itself says its own totals are incomplete: 160 of 205 bodies sent returns, and the figures exclude some government-to-government and exempt procurement.

How to read a row

  1. The amount is the figure the notice states, or, where the notice prints lines and no total, the sum of those printed lines. The row says which.
  2. A yearly price is counted once. It is not multiplied by the number of years.
  3. Where the table also prints VAT on top of an exclusive total, the row keeps the exclusive figure and the note records the inclusive figure.
  4. Bid forms posted in the award briefcase are not treated as awards. Their prices are not entered.
